How it works

Rooted is a 1:1 six-month container, and what happens inside it is built entirely around you.

Here is what stays the same for every client:

  • Six months of working together, one-to-one

  • One sixty-minute private session with me each month

  • One personalised protocol delivered to you after every session

  • Direct messaging access to me, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, for all six months

  • Intuitive guidance woven through every session and every check-in — where I read what is underneath, gently name what you haven't quite been able to say yet, and help you start to hear it for yourself

Where we begin, what we focus on, and how long we stay there is determined entirely by what your body is asking for. For some women that means spending six months untangling food noise and learning to fuel themselves without fear — and that is complete, meaningful work. For others it means moving through gut healing, nervous system repair, hormone rebalancing, and beyond.

This is not a program you follow. It is a container that listens to you and adjusts every single month based on what your body is actually doing.

Sometimes you don't need the whole overhaul, you just need someone to look at the full picture and tell you where to begin. A Sprout Session is a 75-minute private session for the woman who feels off and knows something could shift, but isn't ready for the deep dive.

Before we meet, I'll ask you to track three days of food, sleep, stress, and energy. It means that by the time we get on the call, I already have a real picture of what's been going on, and we can go so much deeper together.

From there I listen for what is underneath, using both what you tell me and what I pick up intuitively along the way. Within 48 hours you'll have a short written summary that tells you exactly where to focus first,and why.
